Use at least one resource to support your learning. Topics to include: a) Introduction of yourself and why you chose this class. b) Issues, limitations, and struggles within your practice. c) Successes and achievements within your practice. d) List your goals and outcomes. e) List a minimum of two Asanas (poses) as examples in your paper, use Sanskrit names. f) Include breath work. g) Compare your practice to your life. h) Speak of your Savasana and how it relates to your body and mind. i) Cite your resources.
