b. Use a random number generator to select a random sample of 5 from the 50 states. Give the number of active nuclear power plants for each of these 5 states.
c. Use the sample data, part b, to test the claim that the mean number of active nuclear power plants operating in all states differs from 1.24? Test using a = .10.
d. Give at least two reasons why you may have falsely rejected the null hypothesis in part c.
